On behalf of Max and his owners Jeff and Deborah Hainer, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for alerting us to Max’s medical condition. We took him to our Vet on November 29th and had a biopsy done and it was a malignant tumor on his anal gland. Max had surgery on December 29th in which the Vet removed the tumor and the gland. Max came through his surgery and the Vet has confirmed that he has got all the tumor and didn’t see anything spreading in the x-ray. We can’t thank you enough for alerting us to this issue. We are so glad we have someone grooming our dog who cares.

Pet Name: Riley It is very difficult to find a groomer who can give a Bichon Frises a proper hair cut. They have a style all their own. Our boy is a bundle of energy and often grey, by the time Roger sees him. Roger does a perfect grooming not only an elegant Bichon cut, but clipped nails, clean ears and checked teeth. We had difficulty with Riley being allergic to most foods, and it was Roger who suggested a brand of dry food that has worked out beautifully for Riley, and his tender tummy. We have never been disappointed with Riley’s cut and care at Glamorous Pets. The shop is clean, excellent parking and your pet is embraced by people who care.

Pet Name: Kacey I remember calling Roger 4 years ago to talk about grooming our new little girl, Kacey. She is a Sheltie-Shitzu mix. He was so curious to see what she looked like, so he asked if I bring her over for him to meet her. From that moment….. Kacey fell in love with Roger! Every grooming day we tell Kacey….”You are going to see Roger today.” She gets so excited…whines (as if to say to us….hurry up…let’s go). During the short 5 minute drive there….she whimpers and whines…..I can’t drive fast enough. As soon as we turn the corner to Roger’s place….Kacey is so excited. I don’t even put her on the leash….she jumps out of the car and runs right up to his door. It melts my heart to see the bond she has with Roger and I know she is in good hands when I leave. Roger….. Pet Name: Sadie Sadie is our beloved 9 year old Jack Russell, and a huge part of our family! She has been going to Roger for years now, and we are truly grateful for all the attention and care he has given her. He is always very friendly and knowledgable to answer any questions and do the little extra checks to make sure Sadie is healthy. Roger is more than a pet groomer he is someone who genuinely loves animals! I recommend Roger to anyone who loves their pet and wants the best for it. Pet Name: Gus & Molly Glamorous a pets is the best!! We bring both our dogs Gus & Molly to Roger and have had nothing but care given to them. Everytime we pick up, Roger gives us an quick little update about anything he finds of concern. We find this very helpful and gives us continued peace of mind about the health of our dogs. Pet Name: Ellie Long time happy customer I started using Glamorous Pet’s services over ten years ago for our lab/shepherd cross Harley. I always loved how shiny her coat looked after her visit there. Now I bring my 4 1/2-year-old havanese, Ellie every six weeks for Roger’s expert care. Even though I try to keep her coat combed, I never seem to be able to get it as tangle-free as he does — and she always smells so good and feels so soft when she leaves there!
